More people need to do natural funerals, I hope this catches on so places like this do not exist anymore.
My family and I will never go here again and we are looking into natural funerals to save money and the environment. Funeral homes are just money making greedy places that do not deserve anyone’s money when you can clearly do it yourself and be more comforted.
We have used this funeral home for years. They were always excellent and comforting. Since the new owners, it is not even close to the same level of excellent customer care. My stepdad passed away a couple years ago and we were distraught over their treatment. Anytime we stopped in or called, we were treated coldly and with annoyance. After my stepfather’s service, some people had left and others were milling about, preparing to leave. I believe it had been maybe 10 minutes since the service ended. The employee comes up to me and says we need to take our poster boards of pictures down immediately. They proceeded to start taking down the chairs and putting everything away. Their lack of empathy and compassion is astounding for the business they are in. They clearly don’t care. I would not go there unless you want to be treated poorly and just hand over lots of money for subpar customer service at best.
This place was alright when they had the previous owners, now the people are complete JERKS!
